Recommend it for family travelers
We decided to explore the hotel and had a fantastic meal in the restaurant, best chicken with rice I ever tasted, went back twice. The breakfast buffet was amazing too, gluten free options all day, just what you need after a long day out.
It wasn't cheap but still acceptable.

The hotel was placed in the very central location to th main square. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, exceptional with wonderful options and other warm items, as example🙂
The staff - some of them were incompetent.

Modern unit for a fan. Marvellous location, metres from Inca ruins. Found in a historic part of the town.

The cute atmosphere and elegant open lobby, with complimentary coca tea always available. The decor beautifully reflected local culture, and it was easy for me to navigate comfortably despite the altitude.
WiFi reliability could be improved.

The interior patio which gives the hotel a bright atmosphere.
Room was very bare, no magazine about the city, poor toiletries, very minimal though the price is not this eco.

The dining vibes at Xima were fantastic with excellent staff who catered to our needs. The breakfast was a solid spread, though leaning towards European tastes. The nearby eateries like Apu Qoyllur Rit'i and La Casa del Chef were absolute gems for local bites!

Location
They really did not want to provide the free transportation from the airport. We sent them the e mail of our arrival, but they pretended they never got it . We had to argue with them to provkide us a service back to the airport for free....and once we got it the driver wanted to leave us on a very cold rainly day on the outside street of the airport. We had to argue with him about that....be careful .-...you don{t always get what they tell you you will.

I loved the cozy bar, where Alex whipped up the best Pisco Sour I've ever had, and the relaxing garden space was perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a minor note, there was a lack of coffee provided in the room, but it didn't dampen my stay at all ☕️

Good value for money and a good spa. Staff is very helpful.
Doesn't have the style or sophistication that you expect from a 4-star hotel. Location is ok, but not great.

Free cocatea. Breakfast over average. Nice inner yard. Central.
Loud live music, (harp and drum), from the hotel restaurant in the evenings.
